• Only food and drinks purchased in the hotel-restaurant can be consumed. No food or drinks from outside are permitted inside the restaurant without the approval of the management
• Reservations: Dates cannot be changed once booked; valid only for night(s) purchased
• Age Requirement: Note that upon reservation, if customers fail to declare their child or book for the wrong age group, a supplement will be required on arrival

• No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed

• Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown by all guests upon check-in at the hotel
• Failure to show Mauritian ID will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate
• COVID Policy : In the case of a Lockdown period/Government restriction, No refund will be applicable, your stay will be postponed or the amount will be kept as a credit as per hotel condition
• Cyclone Protocol: If your reservation falls within Cyclone Class 3, No refund will be applicable, your voucher will be postponed or the amount will be kept as a credit as per service provider condition

Depart from Mauritius on flight MK646 at 11:00 PM. Enjoy your overnight flight to Malaysia.

Day 2 – Sun 28 Dec 2025 | KUALA LUMPUR
Arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 10:20 AM. After immigration formalities, transfer to your hotel (Verdant Hill 4★ or similar). Free time to relax and explore the city at your own pace.

Day 3 – Mon 29 Dec 2025 | GENTING HIGHLANDS & BATU CAVES
Full-day excursion to Genting Highlands. En route, visit the Batu Caves, one of the most important Hindu shrines outside India. Take a scenic cable car ride up to Genting Highlands. Enjoy free time at the entertainment complex before returning to your hotel.

Day 4 – Tue 30 Dec 2025 | COUNTRYSIDE & PUTRAJAYA TOUR WITH CRUISE
Experience a full-day countryside tour, ending in Putrajaya — Malaysia’s administrative capital. Enjoy a relaxing river cruise and take in the city’s modern Islamic architecture and lush landscapes.
