In case of another national lockdown, our main priority will be focused on bookings that has been completed and confirmed during the days that falls directly in lockdown.
Do note that if reservation falls within the specified dates of the lockdown period, it will be automatically cancelled with the service provider and you will be refunded the amount paid in form of credit, that will remain available on your account.
If your arrival dates fall outside of the lockdown, we will kindly ask you to be patient, and once clearance is given to us by the officials, all operations will be back to normal.
All other requests from our customers set to arrive outside of the national lockdown dates, kindly note the usual policies will apply and all cancellation requests will be up to the Service Provider. It’s important to note as well that if the supplier does agree to process your cancellation request, the refund will be made in the form of credit to your account.
Please note that all refunds given during lockdown, you will be able to use it throughout the year except for HOTELS where price might vary given peak and low season. Any other requests will be considered post lockdown.
