Ongoing renovations are being carried in the common areas and are conducted on weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, on Saturdays from 8:30 am to noon. No work is undertaken on Sundays and Public Holidays.(lagoon pool, apartments & villas remain fully operational & noise disturbances are minimal)

Only food and drinks purchased in our restaurant can be consumed in the restaurant. No food or drinks from outside are permitted inside of the restaurant without the approval of the management
Age Requirement: Note that upon reservation, if customers fail to declare their child or book for the wrong age group, a supplement will be required on arrival
Kindly note that if you are booking more than 2 Rooms, it is the client's responsibility to call us on 210-5300/54834583 to confirm the availability

No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed

Postponement Policy: Any postponement request should be communicated at least 48-hour prior to arrival date (postponement requests are not guaranteed)
Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services
Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown by all guests upon check-in at the hotel
Failure to show Mauritian ID will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate
COVID Policy : In the case of a Lockdown period/Government restriction, No refund will be applicable, your stay will be postponed or the amount will be kept as a credit as per hotel condition
Cyclone Protocol: If your reservation falls within Cyclone Class 3, No refund will be applicable, your voucher will be postponed or the amount will be kept as a credit as per service provider condition
VAT: All Prices on Defideal are inclusive of VAT

House Rules

Ongoing renovation work in common area (pool, apartments & penthouse remain fully operational & noise disturbances are minimal)
Half of the shared Lagoon Pool (Cascade Side) is close until further notice
Reception Opening Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 16:00) & Weekends + Public Holidays (08:30 - 14:00)
If maximum occupancy (including infants & children) is exceeded, the booking will not be honoured & cancelled automatically
Group guests (Families) should book for the same meal plan
For health security reasons, all guests wanting to use the pool will have to shower before entering the shared pool
Appropriate swimwear should be worn at all times when using the pool in common areas
Swimwear worn should be made especially for this purpose (most commonly made of synthetic materials such as nylon or spandex) and should not be made of absorbent materials such as cotton
Guests are required to wear a wristband for pool access, for identification and security purposes
