• All extras, not included in the offer, shall be charged upon departure
• Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability
• Booking Confirmation must be shown by all customers on arrival
• No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling or re-booking allowed
• Cancellation Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, there are no cancellations.
• Postponement Policy: Any postponement request should be communicated at least 48-hour prior to arrival date (postponement requests are not guaranteed)
• Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services
• Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so, will entitle merchant to charge the current public rate
• COVID Policy : In the case of a Lockdown period/Government restriction, No refund will be applicable, your stay will be postponed or the amount will be kept as a credit as per hotel condition
• Cyclone Protocol: If your reservation falls within Cyclone Class 3, No refund will be applicable, your voucher will be postponed or the amount will be kept as a credit as per service provider condition

House Rules:

• It is strictly forbidden to bring any visitors inside of the villa premises
• Upon check-in, guests must hand over their ID cards or passports as a guarantee, and will be returned on departure while giving over the key
• Villa has a non-smoking policy: If caught smoking inside or shows any evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes or cigarette butts), guests will be charged Rs. 5,000
• Guests must wait for villa host on the departure day for an inventory check and guests are not allowed to take any villa items before leaving
• Theft or intentional damage to villa may result in legal consequences
• Any defect or damage found caused by guests during stay or inventory check on departure, either purposeful or accidently on the property, will be charged the full amount of the caused damage
