• Amendments: All amendments will need to be confirmed by merchant directly
• Booking confirmation must be shown by all customers on arrival (Download App)
• Medical advice: Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any activity
• Bad weather: Activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions
• Arrival time: Customers are requested to arrive at least 30 mins prior to activity time
• Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services
• No Cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds
• No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
• Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate
• Postponement Policy: Any postponement request should be communicated at least 48-hour prior to arrival date (postponement requests are not guaranteed)
• COVID Policy : In the case of a Lockdown period/Government restriction, No refund will be applicable, your voucher will be postponed or the amount will be kept as a credit as per service provider condition
• Cyclone Protocol: If your reservation falls within Cyclone Class 3, No refund will be applicable, your voucher will be postponed or the amount will be kept as a credit as per service provider condition

• Waterfall Zipline:
  - Minimum Age: 8 years old
  - Children from 4 to 6 yrs should be accompanied by an adult
  - Maximum Weight: 120 kg
• The Signature:
  - Minimum Age: 12 years old
  - Children from 4 to 11 yrs should be accompanied by an parents + depending on wind direction
  - Minimum Weight: 45 kg
  - Maximum Weight: 100 kg (Flying position), 150 kg (sitting position)
  - Minimum Height: 1m40
  - Maximum Height: 2m10
• The Discovery Tour:
  - Minimum Age: 8 years old
  - Children from 4 to 6 yrs should be accompanied by an adult
  - Maximum Weight: 120 kg
• La Vallée Extreme Tour:
  - Minimum Age: 12 years old
  - Children from 4 to 11 yrs should be accompanied by an parents (applicable only for signature zipline)
  - Minimum Weight: 40 kg

How to Dress:

• Sports or Trainers recommended
• Comfortable attire: bring spare clothes
• Empty pockets for safety
• Recommended: sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, cap
• Safety gears provided for activities

The Initiator (500m-1 line)

• Fly over the lake from the tower, perfect for conquering ziplines fears.
• Highlights: Lake, waterfall, South coast view of Mauritius.

The Waterfalls Zipline (300m - 2 lines)

• 200m line to Chamouze waterfall and 100m line back.
• Highlights: 23 colored earth and waterfall.

The Signature (1.5km - 1 line)

• Soar through the sky and fly like a bird on one of the longest zipline in the Indian ocean!
• Highlights: Deep forest, river, Lake, South coast view of Mauritius.

The Discovery Tour (1.6km - 7 lines)

• 1.6 km guided zip line adventure featuring 7 courses with arrival and departure platforms. Includes short walks between zip lines. Suitable for all ages, including children.
• Highlights: Colored earth, waterfalls, viewpoints, endemic trees.

La Vallée Extreme Tour (3.1km - 7 lines)

• 7 lines course guided zipline experience, featuring the 1.5km signature zipline. Each course includes arrival and departure platforms with brief walks between ziplines. Suitable for all ages, including children.
• Highlights: Colored earth, waterfalls, viewpoints, endemic trees.
