• In case for Pick-up or Delivery: Call Service Provider directly at least 1 day prior to confirm orders, date and time
• Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services

• All extras, not included in the offer, shall be charged upon departure
• Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability
• Booking Confirmation must be shown by all customers on arrival
• COVID Policy: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, No refund will be applicable, your voucher will be postponed or the amount will be kept as a credit as per service provider condition

Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before the event: full deposit to be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before the event: half refund will be issued.
• 1 day prior the event or D Day cancellation: no deposit refunded.
• Our Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the event based on availability

Rescheduling Policy

• Any client wishing to reschedule their booking will be required to pay a rescheduling fee of Rs 600.
• The new date for the rescheduled event will be subject to availability.

Weather Policy

• Outdoor Events: If your event is planned outdoors (such as picnics, proposals, or outdoor weddings), we advise having an alternative indoor location in case of adverse weather conditions (rain, storms ,heavy rain, etc.). If we are unable to carry out the event as planned due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule or provide an indoor alternative where feasible.However, if you choose to proceed with the event despite bad weather on the day, please note that you will be held responsible for any damage to materials and equipment caused by the weather. The cost for replacing or repairing damaged materials will range between Rs 5,000 and Rs 10,000, and this amount will be charged to the client.
• Weather Forecasts: We monitor weather forecasts leading up to the event and will notify clients of any changes that may affect the event.
