- ALERT: If you fail to declare your child when making reservation, they will not be accepted and no refund will be given.
- Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown by all guests upon check-in at the hotel
- Each villa is thoroughly cleaned after the departure of each client and left empty at least 24 hours before the arrival of the following clients
- Postponement Policy: 48-hour notice required; reservations made within the window cannot be postponed
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services
- Failure to do so will entitle the Hotel to charge the current public rate
- Restrictions:
- The villa is rented for the number of pax indicated at the time of booking. No visitors are allowed, except with the permission of the management. If approved, full names and vehicle number plate of visitors should be informed at check-in point
- The property has a zero-tolerance policy for noise. Parties with music are strictly forbidden.
- Any guest is entitled to a maximum of 2 vehicles per villa inside the property
- In case the booking is made on only 1 or 2 Bedroom Villas, other rooms will be locked and not accessible
