- Spa hours: Monday - Sunday from 10:30 to 17:00
- Location: Pasadena Village, Royal Road, Flic en Flac
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Validity: Voucher valid for 30 days as from the date of purchase
- Reservation required 3 to 4 days in advance
Condition
- Reservations: Call merchant directly to select date and time (subject to availability)
- Amendments: All amendments will need to be confirmed by merchant directly
- Booking confirmation must be shown by all customers on arrival
- Medical advice: Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any treatment
- Merchant reserves the right to refuse to carry out the treatment to any customer if any medical problems are present
- Arrival time: Customers are requested to arrive at least 15 mins prior to treatment time. Late arrival may result in a reduction in treatment time
- Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services
- No cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- ID card, passport, resident or work permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate
- COVID Policy : In the case of a Lockdown period/Government restriction, No refund will be applicable, your voucher will be postponed or the amount will be kept as a credit as per service provider condition
- Cyclone Protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3, the reservation will automatically be cancelled & your stay will be postponed or the amount will be kept as a credit as per hotel condition

Access to Whirlpool
- Note: It is recommended that guests use the Whirlpool 30 Min prior to their treatment time
- Example: If your treatment time is 17:00, it is recommended you arrive at 16:30 to fully enjoy the Whirlpool
